we went out for the summer
hey friends. some news from sunshine valley.
last week I finished my semester project. urban design. no that nice. I am an architect, I think! above you see a part of our atelier. it looks like a mess. our diplomers also finished last week and we had hot nights and dynamite minutes before the final submission of them. but finally everybody did it in time and we will join the presentations this week.
I don't have any p.l.a.n.s this summer. just enjoying Dresden, friends and some smaller creative work. if someone wants to join you are of course welcome!
let's post more!

THE BOOK
Hello friends,
it's me again. Usually it's only you who are telling NICE things about their studies but TODAY I also found something nice that characterises us mathematicians... pretty well.
I was actually looking for some proof that could help me with my homework and ended up on the Wikipedia article about the Hungarian mathematician Paul Erdős:
❝ He had his own idiosyncratic vocabulary: he spoke of "The Book", an imaginary book in which God had written down the best and most elegant proofs for mathematical theorems. Lecturing in 1985 he said, "You don't have to believe in God, but you should believe in The Book." He himself doubted the existence of God, whom he called the "Supreme Fascist" (SF) [6]. He accused the SF of hiding his socks and Hungarian passports, and of keeping the most elegant mathematical proofs to himself. When he saw a particularly beautiful mathematical proof he would exclaim, "This one's from The Book!". This later inspired a book entitled Proofs from THE BOOK. ❞
Well SOMETIMES I like those folks. (But. I didn't manage to finish my homework anyway.)

résumé
Hello Goodpeople!
Something nice happened to me.
Some days ago I found some film in the kitchen, it seemed to be mine and it seemed as if it was me who had finished it, but honestly I had no idea what photos I had taken or when.
Now the photos are developed and, voilá, there are photos of Ronny's and Periklis' visit to Potsdam, of our surprise travel to Poland (unfortunately no good ones), of my September visit to Finland, of the Polish return surprise and of New Year (only photos from the museum). YEAH!
I scanned the cheesiest ones for you, watch and enjoy!
who will be in Sanssouci tonight?
